Tech has never been more exciting than right now. Or more in need of talent.
That’s where Plexus comes in.
We’re dedicated to recruiting for the emerging and the groundbreaking.
Blockchain. Cloud. Artificial Intelligence. Machine Learning.
It’s what floats our boat. What gets us up in the morning.
But these aren’t industries where you can just show-up.
We’ve worked hard to become specialists. Part of the tech scene in our own right.
Partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with clients. To help find the talent who’ll push things forward.
And while we don’t wear suits, we still mean business.
What that means for you is a recruitment consultancy that actually believes in consulting. Meaningful long-term relationships. Amazing work. Repeat contracts.
A partner who’ll talk straight, appreciate what you’re trying to achieve and never use the word synergy. Ever.
Plexus. Talent for blockchain, AI and cloud.
AI and ML has evolved. From the stuff of science fiction to the tech that powers everything from computer games to medical diagnosis. Which is pretty amazing when you stop to think about it. And as more intelligent machines begin to rise, so does the need for the talent behind them.
It might leave some people scratching their heads. But those in-the-know see how blockchain is already connecting communities, redistributing media and fact checking news. Which, let’s be honest, is more important than ever. The possibilities are endless. And so are the jobs it creates.
Who would of dreamed that one day your life’s work could be uploaded and retrieved anywhere. At anytime. Or that teams around the world could collaborate on live documents together. Things are changing fast. And with it the demand for talent is fiercer than ever.
Shaun started in software recruitment as a plucky grad in 2007, and quickly became a group top biller and manager. From his early career Shaun realised that success is based on integrity, honesty and ambition. Traits which led him to launch Plexus.
Zeth has been in technology recruitment for over a decade, always with his eye trained on emerging markets. In 2014 he partnered with innovation and R&D labs to focus on blockchain and the talent behind it, later teaming up with Shaun to launch Plexus back in 2017.
