Qredo Network is a cross-chain protocol for asset managers and traders active in the digital asset markets. Using an institution-grade, layer 2 infrastructure, investors can hold all their crypto assets securely in one place, with unlocked access to a wide range of liquidity venues and DeFi yield opportunities.
THE CHALLENGE
With a large seed round ($11m) secured and future funding plans for both token sale ($16m) and series A ($80m), Qredo were ready to grow.
Hiring was their number one priority, as they had ambitious plans to go from 20 headcount to 100+ within a year – with the aim of doubling this the following year.
THE SOLUTION
Qredo recognised that working with one exclusive talent partner who truly knew and understood the market would yield the best results.
To ensure that Qredo’s hiring targets and goals were met quickly, we setup a weekly recruitment call to provide updates on the project, re-prioritise any roles and refine job roles.
THE RESULT
After an initial hiring sprint, Qredo asked us to increase our involvement in hiring and solidify our partnership. As part of this, we supplied and co-managed an ATS system for tracking roles and candidates, as well as helping with contracts/onboarding.
