How the recruitment works in 4 simple steps
1. We find tech companies that need to hire employees
The web3 industry is incredibly fast-paced; the quicker companies can hire the right people, the quicker they can grow, complete projects and increase their revenue.
2. We find suitable employees from around the world
The right people can be found on LinkedIn, job boards and through the network you develop. We review CVs in-depth to ensure they match the web3 companies requirements.
3. We manage the interview processes and negotiations
Often, web3 companies will have multiple stage interview processes with coding tests. It's our job to ensure the job-seeker has no surprises and performs to the best of their abilities.
4. The client pays us a fee for finding the employee
After the web3 company and job-seeker agree on the salary and benefits package, the tech company will pay us a fee for finding the employee and managing the process.
We have two types of roles at Plexus:
Everybody starts their Plexus journey as a 180 Delivery Consultant - it's up to you if/when you move into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
Our Training Programme
Our 6 week training program involves classroom based training, desk training and on-going support from Zeth & Shaun (our Founders).
After 6 weeks you’ll be fully equipped to begin your journey into technology recruitment.
With hard work and persistence, you can make some serious money.
The average deal in our office is worth £22,000. Here’s how our commission scheme works and what you’d make from a £22,000 deal as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or a 180 Delivery Consultant.
