Support Engineer – North London – Permanent – Competitive Salary  

We at Plexus are partnered with an established data analytics company with over 15 years’ experience serving a wide range of clients. They are looking for a Support Engineer to join their IT team to provide support for both hardware and software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • PC setup and installation
  • Network administration
  • Assist with consultancy projects/client assignments
  • General desktop support
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Microsoft
  • PowerShell experience required
  • Proactive with excellent organisation and communication skills
