COOKIES AND CACHE clearing instructions

If there is something like this happening then quickly clearing the cookies and cache and logging in and out of Bullhorn will fix the problem, if it is being caused by a caching issue or a duplicate session. 
 
To clear cookies and cache on google chrome, follow these steps. 
 
– Log out of Bullhorn 
– Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your Chrome page 
– Select 'More Tools' > 'Clear Browsing Data' 
– Change the time frame at the top to 'From the beginning of time' 
– Tick 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data'
