Plexus is working with a well funded start-up company who operate within the DeFi and Blockchain space. They use the latest cryptography tech and DLT to deliver unique solutions for securing and trading digital assets.

They are searching for a Chief Technology Office to come into their entrepreneurial team and grow the engineering department and be a strong leader to upskill current employees. The CTO will be managing a group of exceptionally talented programmers. As a result, they will need both strong people skills and the ability to manage complex software development projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Head of Engineering/CTO/VP Eng or similar experience
• A track record of growing/scaling teams
• Blockchain or big tech experience
