CTO_

CTO | Full Time | High Equity | Fully Remote (European Time zones) | Full Time

Plexus have partnered with modular a DAO generator who are looking for a CTO to work on the MVP, scale/lead a team of developers and execute the product roadmap. You will also be involved in helping raise a multi-million-dollar funding round within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Build an MVP version of the product using Solidity as the primary technology.
• Scale and lead a team of talented developers.
• Develop the technology stack and roadmap for the project.
• Ensure you are regulatory-compliant and value the importance of security.
• Work with the executive, product and development team to ensure the product roadmap is executed on time.

Requirements

• Hands on experience with Solidity at a high-level including writing, testing and auditing smart contracts.
• Worked in a hands-on and management role within a small agile team.
• Experience scaling development teams.
• Proven track record in successful startups as they grow.
• Familiar with security and audit standards
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or CTO
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or similar.
