The company:

Plexus is working with a well funded start-up company who operate within the DeFi and Blockchain space. They offer a protocol that eliminates the necessity to pre-fund wallets on exchanges- therefore unlocking multiple benefits for the customer; including no credit risk and access to DeFi & brokerage services

The role:

• Director of Product – oversea early development of the product vision and shape the core offering & critical product features
• Customer research – gain a deep understanding of the consumer needs through market research, translate this insight into a product roadmap and strategy
• Stakeholder management – build strong relationships with engineering, design and marketing teams to bring their products to life
• Product launches- drive product launches by partnering with marketing teams for a go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years product management/development experience (or similar)
• Leadership experience within a high growth company or start up
• A technical background or deep understanding
• Blockchain / Crypto commercial experience is needed
