Director of Security / Perm / Fully Remote / $300-400k TC

Plexus are working with a top 50 web3 project, working with a decentralised platform. Working on hundreds of open-source projects at any one time within their decentralised network, this foundation aims to preserve and manage our vital and sensitive data with the use of innovative and emerging blockchain tech.

They’re looking for a Director of Security to come on board and take complete ownership of their high-level, open-source security procedures. If you’re keen on joining a well-funded, world-renowned web3 company, this could be it!

You will need

• Experience leading teams of security staff, researchers, open-source engineers, pen testers, auditors and network security experts both in and outside of your organisation
• The ability to think strategically, executing program operations to high standard as well as leading the design and implementation of these programs
• Strong communication skills, including absolute discretion in relation to sensitive issues
• Solid understanding of open-source software development, network security and distributed networks
• Experience developing and implementing org policies, working with permissions, infrastructure teams, network security and distributed networks
