Head of Product / Director of Product / CPO (DeFi) – Global Remote – PERM

Plexus are working with an emerging, well-funded start-up in the DeFi space. Raising 8-figures in the last twelve months (bear market who?), this company aims to make DeFi and Digital Asset portfolio management simple, effective and secure across different types of crypto-asset.

They are looking for senior product leadership figure to join and lead their growing team. Details as follows:

Requirements

• Professional experience in a Head of/CSuite level Product role
• Good professional exposure to the DeFi space, being a key decisionmaker in the idea building process
• Ability to work closely with development teams, creating and executing strong ideas as well as leading product strategy

Bonus Attributes

• Strong tradfi or financial background in addition to Web3 experience
• Experience scaling startups, anywhere from founding to acquisition
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to both build and manage teams as well as succeed autonomously

The Product Lead will work closely alongside executive and technical leads. – Technical expertise will be required to prototype and evaluate feature and integration concepts for feasibility and resource requirements.

This role is fully remote, paying in stablecoin + tokens, with potential for equity. Global remote – flexible working hours and opportunity to attend meet-ups and events.
