IT Service Management Manger_
IT Service Management Manager | Fully remote (Europe based) | Permanent | Up to €80k eur // gbp equivalent

The role:
- Design and implement the ITSM processes and training strategy
- Lead technical implementation to ensure all requirement are met
- Maintain all policies and processes around Change, Incident and Problem Management
- Work with managed service provider and technical operational support of the ITSM tool
- Define requirements for service enhancements, testing, and new features
- Reporting of change/problem management, governance, analysis, and trends
- Drive adoption of a self-service request portal for end users
- Lead adoption of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Requirements:
- 6yrs ITSM experience
- Web3 interest is a huge BONUS
- ITIL certification is a BONUS
- Knowledge of Change, Incident, Problem, Service request management is a MUST
- Knowledge of IT management is a MUST
- Strong English is a MUST
