IT Service Management Manager | Fully remote (Europe based) | Permanent | Up to €80k eur // gbp equivalent

  • A cross-chain protocol for asset managers and traders active in the digital asset markets
  • Using Layer 2 infrastructure, investors can hold all their crypto assets securely in one place, with unlocked access to a wide range of liquidity venues and DeFi yield opportunities.

The role:

  • Design and implement the ITSM processes and training strategy
  • Lead technical implementation to ensure all requirement are met
  • Maintain all policies and processes around Change, Incident and Problem Management
  • Work with managed service provider and technical operational support of the ITSM tool
  • Define requirements for service enhancements, testing, and new features
  • Reporting of change/problem management, governance, analysis, and trends
  • Drive adoption of a self-service request portal for end users
  • Lead adoption of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Requirements:

  • 6yrs ITSM experience
  • Web3 interest is a huge BONUS
  • ITIL certification is a BONUS
  • Knowledge of Change, Incident, Problem, Service request management is a MUST
  • Knowledge of IT management is a MUST
  • Strong English is a MUST
