Lead Engineer_

Plexus have partnered with a crypto payments platform based in the UK. This company are tackling some of the most important questions within crypto payments; compliance, custody, payment rails and more. They are well funded and have a strong team.

As a lead engineer at a start-up of this size you will be working directly with c-suite and a tech lead for 6 engineers. This role will be a mix of hands-on and hands-off leadership.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years experience in software engineering, with experience in either fintech or crypto start-ups. Payments-specific domain knowledge is a benefit.
• Experience with Python/Go, JavaScript/ React and AWS.
• Good mentoring skills and experience.
• UK based.
• A good understanding of the crypto and fintech spaces.

This is a permanent, full time position based remotely in the UK. Competitive salary on offer.
