Learning & Development Manager – Global Leaders in Web3 recruitment!

The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for the sales and induction training of recruitment consultants in a hands on environment.

The Learning & Development Manager will focus on taking a lead role in the training of trainee consultants in all areas of the recruitment life cycle. You’ll be working closely with the Founders and Managers at Plexus helping the trainee’s get up to speed.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and deliver bespoke individual and group training sessions.
  • Lead and deliver ‘The Plexus Academy’
  • Take a lead role in the training and managing of trainee consultants for the first 3 months.
  • One-to-one desk coaching & performance coaching
  • Providing verbal feedback to consultants and managers – highlighting strengths and development areas to ensure follow up and implementation
  • Conduct onboarding training for new staff
  • Conduct training needs analysis and review on individuals and teams. Present recommendations to the Founders based on your findings
  • Taking an active role in the design and maintenance of the training material, including ongoing maintenance and development to ensure its up to date and relevant
  • Work with the Founders in the creation of department focused objectives and alignment to Plexus’s short term and long-term business goals
  • Run weekly performance meetings with 180 and 360 consultants
  • Run Monthly Business Reviews’ for Trainee’s for the first 3 months
  • Interview new potential Plexus hires
