Senior Growth/Partnership Manager

Plexus have partnered up with a web3 organisation who focus on building an a donation and grant making application. Bringing a new kind of community, with values and functionality aligned for web3.

They are looking for a Senior Growth/Partnership manager to come and join the web3 client facing side.

Responsibilities:
– Establish new partnerships and targeted sales pipelines via informed outreach 
– Lead the negotiation of complex partnerships across various products in the product suite
– Source, identify, and develop new initiatives to drive product adoption 
– Present and communicate the product portfolio and opportunities to partners
– Driving integration of the protocol to web3 clients.

Requirements:
– Understand their role and their job and take extreme ownership over the deliverables (need to be a self starter)
– Understanding of the biggest projects in web3 and how they can fit in
– Technical understanding of the product and the web3 space
