Senior Rust Engineer_

Senior Rust Engineer | Full Time | Fully Remote | EU/US

Plexus has partnered with a Global Market Maker and Software Development company that are hiring a Senior Rust developer to work on projects that leverage web3 and cryptocurrencies to revolutionise trading and
liquidity provision.

The Role:
? Design and implement new features and functionality for the execution engine and trading
platform.
? Optimise the existing codebase to improve performance and scalability.
? Collaborate with executive stakeholders, operations and data science, to ensure that the
execution engine and trading tools are of the highest standards for users of the platform.
? Contribute to new concepts and ideas for the business
? Mentor other team members by technical guidance, code reviews, and support
? Remain updated on the current Crypto/Web3 space and identify gaps in the market for the
company to add innovation and value with new projects.

Requirements:
? Highly proficient system design skills and the ability to adapt to complex requirements.
? Proficiency in Rust (3 Years) & Python (2 Years)
? JS/TS, Go, or C++ is a bonus
? Experience with ETL development, REST APIs, and Websockets
