Job Title: Senior Rust Engineer

Calling all Senior Rust Engineers! Plexus have teamed up with a well-capitalised liquid staking protocol. They are looking for an experienced Rust engineer to join their knowledgeable, well-financed and rapidly growing team to aid with backend development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the company’s new product
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and provide solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Write unit tests to cover the code
• Participate in code review for team members
• Attend technical meetings with team members to improve code design and conventions
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance development and deployment processes
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure high application quality and improve test automation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years commercial Rust experience
• BSc degree or equivalent in related field
• Background with low level programming language (C++)
• Experience with staking and/or smart contracts a plus
