Senior Systems Engineer (US/Asia)_

Plexus have partnered with a leading, highly secure physical infrastructure offering non-custodial staking services for Proof-of-Stake token holders and provide essential services for the Web 3.0 ecosystem. They are looking for a Senior Systems engineer to join the team.

The Role:
• Maintain the continuous operation of networks.
• Conduct routine and emergency updates as needed.
• Provide incident response to alerts and on-call phone calls.
• Continue to optimize current processes.
• Be communicative with team members across different channels like Telegram, Discord & Slacked etc.

Requirements:
• Take initiative and have an exceptional level of self-discipline and drive.
• Efficient at problem solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have a strong background in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Very well experienced with Linux
• Experience with the whole networking stack and are able to set up firewalls and load-balancers.
• Practical expertise with Docker and orchestration with Ansible/Terraform.
• Read and comprehend code in Rust or Golang.
• Ability to create small tools in Golang, Rust or NodeJS.
• Have strong knowledge on the design of the architecture of projects.
• Fluency in English (German is a bonus)
• Work remote but able to travel when required.
