£22k – £35k year 1, £50k+ year 2, £70-£100k+ year 3!
Who we are – At Plexus, we recruit for some of the biggest names in web3 ensuring high quality service from our consultants. You will be trained in sourcing candidates for our key clients in a supportive, fun environment.
We will encourage you to hit the ground running and get stuck in, to carve out your own personal brand within the tech recruitment industry.
Our founders have been in recruitment for 10+ years and have designed a company with targets and goals that will never feel out of reach. You’ll be working in a positive environment where you can learn by doing and grow with a company.

What your days at Plexus will look like:
- Commission based earnings
