Plexus is working with a well-funded start-up company who operate within the DeFi and Blockchain space. Our client uses the latest innovations in cryptography and distributed ledger technology to deliver unique solutions for securing and trading digital assets.

We are seeking a highly motivated UX Product Manager to join our team and help drive the design and development of our web3 non-custodial wallet. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining the user experience for our platform and ensuring that our users have a seamless and intuitive experience with our product.

Responsibilities:

• Working on the UX design and research efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design to define and deliver new product features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate product hypotheses and drive data-driven design decisions.
• Develop user personas and use cases to inform the product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Ensure the platform is accessible and user-friendly for all types of users.
• Analyze user behaviour and provide insights to inform product improvements.
• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centred design principles throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design and product management for consumer-focused web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience in conducting user research and testing.
• Strong knowledge of web3, blockchain, and crypto-related technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading UX design efforts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
