Business Development Lead | Global | Remote | Permanent

Plexus are partnered with a Web3 Product Studio who are a team of entrepreneurs, researchers and engineers focused on shaping the core of web3 infrastructure. They are looking for a BD Lead who can utilise their experience, network, and personality to navigate the crypto landscape to form great partnerships with target companies.

The role:

  • Identify partnership opportunities with VC’s, exchanges & DeFi projects.
  • Lead sales cycles from 0-1.
  • Collaborate with C-Suite on new business ventures, collaborations, and company strategy.
  • Manage existing relationships whilst continuously generating new leads.


  • Strong TradFi background & 3+ years Crypto experience.
  • Managed deals cycles from 0-1 in previous roles.
  • Well experienced communicating with exchanges, VC’s & DeFi projects.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, utilise network, mindset & skillset to make things happen.
  • Be proactive, take initiative and focus on quality of output.
