Business Development Manager - Europe_
Plexus have partnered with a pioneering crypto payment gateway, who are looking to hire a hungry Business Development Manager to spearhead sales operations in Europe.
Looking for someone to join a young team who can Identify and close business opportunities for a well trusted company who already have over 15,000 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying, evaluating, and securing lucrative business opportunities.
- Cultivating strong and enduring business relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Deeply understanding client needs and providing comprehensive solutions and support. Addressing inquiries from potential clients and following up on calls. Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating closely with the sales team and leadership to acquire, retain, and expand accounts.
- Engaging in proactive outreach activities such as cold calling and cold emailing. Making outbound calls to potential clients and effectively closing sales. Guiding clients through the closing process.
- Meeting or exceeding all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews. Achieving or surpassing annual sales goals.
- Collaborating with management to establish sales goals, plan strategies, and provide accurate forecasting. Developing both short-term and long-term business development plans.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Payments industry
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and an additional language (German, Italian, or French).
- Ability to effectively engage, connect with, and interact with potential customers.
- Strong persuasion skills with a focus on achieving goals.
- Possesses an enthusiastic, outgoing, and amicable demeanour.
- Capable of professionally and confidently communicating with C-Level Executives.
- Proficient in crafting professional proposals using PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales results.
- Ability to work autonomously or as an integral part of a team.
