Plexus have teamed up with a bleeding edge ZKP hardware accelerator. They are looking for a Cryptography Researcher to delve into the realm of Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) protocols and enhance their efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with the cryptography and hardware team, with the primary goal of optimising hardware solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing ZKP protocols, examining both code implementations and academic papers.
- Conceptualize and propose innovative designs and optimizations for ZKP protocols.
- Enhance our current hardware design by integrating cutting-edge algorithms.
- Keep our engineering team well-informed about the latest advancements in ZKP research.
- Foster collaborative relationships with universities and external researchers to drive technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Possess a robust foundation in mathematics and cryptography.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, C++, or similar.
- Ability to comprehend and generate scholarly papers, and effectively communicate research findings to engineering teams.
- Experience in the development of blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
