Engineering Manager  – London/NY (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)  – Permanent

Plexus are working with an exciting US-based start-up, building a EVM compatible, permissionless blockchain interoperability layer, built for modular blockchains.

As result, they give developers control over their security needs and configurations, allowing them to customise features according to the need of their application.

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their growing team. Details as follows:

Requirements
 

• 2+ years experience leading and building engineering teams
• 3+ years engineering experience (Typescript/Javascript/NodeJS)
• 2+ years experience in EVM ecosystem

Bonus Attributes
 

• Experience working on developer products
• Prior exposure to a interoperability protocol or similar relevant project
• Crypto Native
