Founding Solutions Architect | US (Bay Area Preference) | Full Time | Remote/Hybrid

Plexus are working with a real-time data platform providing on and off-chain data for indexing and analytics allowing analysts and developers to build dashboards, tables and API’s with ease.

The Role:

• Engage directly with customers and create resources including educational content, demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on SQL-related issues, building and optimizing queries.
• Opportunity to contribute to production code and product features for the company.
• Opportunity to own the end-to-end product lifecycle including identifying, designing, and building new features.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B, SaaS tech, with a preference for candidates with a data background.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain highly technical concepts in a language that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data models, engineering, and SQL, with strong query building and optimization skills.
• Experience in product development, including coding and working on product development projects.
• Ability to tackle complex design, scaling, and performance issues in big data environments.
• BA/BS degree in STEM, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, or other quantitative focus, or equivalent work experience
Bonus:
• High-level familiarity with the Crypto-Industry, encompassing knowledge of Blockchain, Web3, Cryptocurrency, DeFi, dApps, and related technologies.
• Past experience in a sales-related role.
