Head of Growth – Crypto | Fully Remote | Permanent

Plexus have partnered with an exciting well-funded blockchain start-up which enables auditors to transparently share their audits and deliver critical security data to the decentralized world by providing them with an empowering solution.

They are now looking for a passionate Head of Growth to join their team and build all things secure and transparent. This person will be owning the Growth for the platform and working closely with the foudner, this means taking a cross section of the current stare of their community, plan and execute staregies for building it.

Requirements: 

• Experience building a community within the crypto/ web3 space (2+ years)
• Execution mindset, we’re looking for people who will plan/ try out strategies independantly
• Comfortable traveling to and participating at crypto events
• Deep knowledge of the Web3 landscape
• Experience writing and distributing content on multiple channels

This role will be offering up to €40-70k base salary with €100-€130k on target earnings from content/ community based target bonuses.

It is open to fully remote candidates, European-wide.
