Lead Architect | Permanent | Fully Remote | Global

Plexus are partnered with a leading Blockchain R&D team who are conducting deep research of blockchain security, cryptography and economics to create infrastructure and tooling to affect the block production supply.

Requirements:
 

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) and understanding on blockchain infrastructure and software architectural design.
  • Excellent working knowledge in one or more of Go, Rust, Python & TypeScript.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and critically think.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Partner closely with engineering, product and R&D teams to work on new product designs, prototypes and releases.
  • Support team members on code reviews, mentoring and proposal feedback.
  • Keep up to date with latest blockchain updates and MEV space.
  • Work on MEV solutions.
