Lead Product Designer – $100k – $130k – Permanent (Remote)

Plexus is working with an exciting web3 startup design agency that are empowering revolutionary products in the domains of the blockchain industry. They have worked with a range of the top companies within the blockchain space and are looking to bring on a Lead Product Designer to join the team!

Their preference leans towards colleagues who are able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize collaboration over competition, and show a deep passion for design.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of team projects
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Evaluate user testing findings to inform experience design.
• Generate ideas and collaborate on UX and UI designs for projects.
• Assist in all phases of project design and production, emphasizing innovation and quality

Requirements:

• A portfolio featuring UI and visual design expertise, backed with a strong taste for design
• Proven track record in crafting user experiences for web, mobile, or various devices
• Adept at conveying design concepts through sketches, prototypes, and wireframes
• Proficiency and mastery in Figma, Sketch, and other design and wireframing software
• Competence in prototyping using preferred tools such as Figma, HTML/CSS, InvisionApp, Framer, etc.
• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously while also receptive to collaborative efforts and motivated by group feedback.
