Partner & Portfolio Manager – Switzerland (Remote) – PERM

Plexus are working with a Swiss-based Asset Management fund, focusing on crypto builders, investors, and financial services. They are looking for a Partner & Portfolio manager with a proven track record of investing in Web3 products and businesses to manage their portfolio of investments.

Details as follows:

Responsibilities
 

• Full management of a crypto portfolio, made up of early-stage companies
• Sourcing new deals, identifying new and emerging players to improve current portfolio
• Research report publishing, quantitative analysis and contribution to current and future fundraising efforts across their existing portfolio and new opportunities

Requirements
 

• A proven track record of impressive and successful deal flow within this space.
• Cryptonative background, with a solid network and influence within the Web3 space.
• Strong quant + analysis skills

This is a fully remote role, available to candidates within 3 hours +/- of CET time zone with availability to make semi-regular trips to Zug, Switzerland.

Employees will receive a Biannual bonus + equity in the companies that get 98% of the fee revenue from the funds.???????
