Fully Remote (Europe & APAC) – up to $150k USD + tokens 

Working with an established DeFi / nuanced crypto exchange. Backed by some of the biggest names in the space, they are spinning up a “growth team” who will be formulating and building new products and initiatives for the existing business. 

Working in a cross functional team covering marketing, product, design, data and development you will be experimenting to build new features for the core product with a view to attract increased liquidity and customers. 

– Looking for people focused on customer acquisition
– An appreciation of cross functional collaboration
– A shrewd executer
– B2C or consumer good background 

You don’t need to come from a web3 background, but perhaps it will help with some of the nuances.
