Senior Rust Blockchain Engineer _

Senior Rust Protocol Engineer – DeFi (Liquid Staking) 
Remote | $150k-$220k | Permanent 

Plexus partnered with a Tier 1 VC backed Web3 start-up creating a Liquid Staking Protocol. They are market leading in being trustless and capital efficient and are committed to promoting decentralization and growing the user base for Liquid Staking by making it more accessible. 

They are looking for a Senior Rust Protocol Engineer to join their team. 

Responsibilities:
•    Integrate middleware solution with on chain infrastructure. 
•    Work on unit and integration tests. 

Requirements: 
•    Highly proficient in Rust and an understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem. 
•    Deep knowledge of complex algorithms.
•    Prior experience in blockchain (L1, L2, DeFi is a bonus). 

Bonus: 
•    Familiarity/experience in applied Cryptography (Trusted execution environments is a plus). 
•    Experience with Intel SGX.
•    Management or lead developer experience. 

They offer highly competitive compensation ($150k-$220k) and token allocation. The role is fully remote in Europe/US timezones.
