Senior Smart Contract Engineer (Solidity)
Plexus have teamed up with a leading DeFi protocol in the RWA space. They are seeking a senior Solidity Engineer to join their team and contribute to the ongoing development of products and protocols across various EVM-compatible blockchains. In addition, you will be involved in creating on-chain tools that enhance user support and bolster security and trust within their projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Written, developed, and deployed core smart contracts which have held real money.
• A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to smart contract development for crypto-native projects deployed on an EVM chain.
• Blockchain Development Experience: Previous experience in constructing crypto-native projects deployed on an EVM mainnet, with a particular focus on Solidity and Ethereum development tools (e.g., Foundry, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin). Experience in DeFi, testing, security, or auditing is considered a valuable asset.
• Crypto Enthusiasm: A clear passion for the crypto space, whether it involves building, investing, yield farming, minting, voting, or other crypto-related activities.
• Positive Mindset: A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a readiness to take on challenges head-on.
• Timezone: Ideally located within a +/- 3-hour time difference from PST, preferably in the Americas.
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
