Senior Full Stack / Tech Lead

Plexus are on the hunt for a talented Tech Lead to join a well-funded NFT Marketplace startup based in France. Our client has partnered with the Top 14 and the Pro D2 to deliver collectible Rugby focused NFT’s tied to unique opportunities.

Your responsibility will be to manage a small team of developers whilst working closely with the co-founders. You will lead the development of current and future marketplace features from concept to delivery.

What you will do:
•    Manage a small team of engineers.
•    Contribute to the development of new platform features.
•    Oversee the concept to delivery process of new and existing projects.
•    Perform code reviews.
•    Meet with the team once a month in Paris.

Requirements:
•    Node.js / Typescript (4+ years).
•    Experience scaling platforms.
•    Previously managed a team of developers (2+ years).
•    French speaking.

Desirable:
•    Previously worked on a NFT or E-commerce platform.
•    Experience writing technical roadmaps.
•    Likes Rugby.
