As an account manager, you’ll oversee clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, encompassing Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and beyond. Your main objective is to enhance profitable annual contract revenue and increase market presence through their solutions and decisions.
Key responsibilities: – Leading the upsell sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating terms and completing upsells and renewals. – Establishing and sustaining client pipelines. – Advocating for the onboarding and training of new customers to enhance their satisfaction and experience.
