Business Development Manager – Japan Plexus are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager Senior to join an industry leading Web3 company focusing on bridging the gap between the Web3 industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth strategy for Asian regions.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and startups.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
  • Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.
  • Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Be the representative in the regions. Understand the product in detail and work with other departments (engineering, product, marketing…)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting
  • Strong sales instinct
  • Creativity and vision
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English

Nice to have

  • Past experience as a founder
  • Past experience working on developer products or infrastructure
