Business Development Manager – Japan Plexus are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager Senior to join an industry leading Web3 company focusing on bridging the gap between the Web3 industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth strategy for Asian regions.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and startups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
- Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.
- Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
- Be the representative in the regions. Understand the product in detail and work with other departments (engineering, product, marketing…)
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting
- Strong sales instinct
- Creativity and vision
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English

- Past experience as a founder
- Past experience working on developer products or infrastructure
- Past experience working in blockchain, crypto, and NFTs
