Chief Technology Officer

I have partnered with a fast-growing DeFi bridging and swapping platform. They have partnered with top Web3 companies such as ConsenSys, Ledger, Stark ware, and more. I am looking for a CTO candidate who has experience managing teams of 10 or more and very knowledgeable in the DeFi space.   Responsibilities:

• Define and execute technological vision based on experience and DeFi understanding.
• Use your engineering understanding and vision to develop a strategy got integrating cross-chain tech, wallets, solutions and more.
• Manage a team of expert developers and champion ownership and accountability for results.

  Requirements:

• Deep understanding of DeFi/cross-chain bridging
• At least 4 years’ experience in software engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in management.
• Based in Europe
