Finance Associate / Finance Manager

Finance Associate / Finance Manager – Switzerland (Hybrid/Remote) – Up to 125k CHF

Plexus are working with a Swiss-based Asset Management fund, focusing on crypto builders, investors, and financial services.

They are looking for a Financial Manager to report directly to the CFO and assist with both operational and strategic financial duties for their local and offshore entities. Details as follows:

Requirements

• Solid track record in a financial management position, relating to asset management or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, tax reporting, consolidation, and engaging with multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss Accounting and IFRS standards.

Bonus Attributes

• Fluency in both German and English.
• Experience working in offshore fund accounting (Cayman SPC structures)
• Experience managing or working with Digital Assets (cryptocurrency).
