Plexus have partnered with a bleeding-edge zk company based in the US, VC backed, looking to expand. With a world class team, they are looking for someone of similar calibre to help lead their cutting edge zk developments.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on cryptographic advancements through conferences and academic engagement
• Collaborate with academics and advisors to integrate innovative ideas into product development
• Bridge complex scientific concepts with engineering efforts to meet product goals
• Conduct rigorous cryptographic research and share insights through internal reports and presentations
• Drive strategic planning, client engagement, and risk mitigation efforts
• Hands on Rust development

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Commercial Rust/ C++/ C Expertise
• One year of hands-on experience with:

• Zero-knowledge proof systems (including SNARK)
• Secure multiparty computation for AI
• Post-quantum secure cryptography (lattice-based)
• Fully-homomorphic encryption
