Lead Protocol Engineer Web3 Treasury Management Protocol $180,000 – $200,000 + Token/Equity Package Full Remote – EU/EST based     We’ve partnered with a trailblazing new treasury management protocol, funded and partnered with 2 of the biggest names in the space. They are looking to dominate the market and grow their team as the markets pick up.   They are fully validated and looking to scale their product, looking to take on a Lead Protocol Engineer to manage their current team and help build out a larger one as they continue to scale. Currently a company of 3, ran by an incredibly skilled founder with deep experience within the space as well as experience at traditional web2 blue chip companies.   The Role

• Create and Scale the client’s protocol. Designing, writing, deploying and auditing Smart Contracts on Solidity
• Lead a team of Protocol Engineers, also helping scale the team as they expand
• Be passionate about driving the company vision forward, helping them dominate their space

  Requirements

• 4 + Years of Solidity Experience within a leading Web3 Blue Chip Company
• Experience Leading a team of skilled Solidity Engineers, mentoring is also acceptable
• Experience in Javascript and Python
• ML and Frontend experience is a plus, but not a requirement
