Senior Business Development Manager

Plexus has partnered with a Web3 DeFi exchange who are looking for a Senior BDM who is exceptionally well-versed in the blockchain industry and has a strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems & TradFi to join them. This is a 6-month contract which will be around 10-15 hours a week. 

It is essential for the ideal candidate to have sold to fixed-income dealers / Tier 1 FS Institutions. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing customer profiles for any outbound prospecting.

• Exceed monthly goals defined to maximize deal flow with outbound emails, calls, creating sales opportunities, etc

• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads for the sales team, assisting with emails/ follow up as needed

• Collaborate with C-suit and other teams to align sales with the company values and targets.
