Solidity Tech Lead
Our client is a leading DeFi project focused on creating an innovative lending and borrowing AMM protocol. We are seeking a skilled Solidity Tech Lead to drive protocol development. They are heavily backed by Multicoin Capital, the 3rd largest Crypto / Blockchain VC.
Responsibilities:
Lead smart contract design and development for our lending and borrowing AMM protocol on Ethereum.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality.
Stay updated on Ethereum advancements and integrate relevant upgrades.
Drive continuous improvement and security initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years’ software development experience, with focus on blockchain and dApps.
Proven experience in Solidity development, deploying complex smart contracts.
Deep understanding of Ethereum fundamentals and DeFi concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
